Do you help patients access Medicaid transportation?

FLOURISH, along with Medicaid managed care companies and transportation brokers, will host listening sessions to increase awareness of Medicaid transportation policies and protocols and cultivate information sharing to learn what is working and how things can be improved. The goals of this session include:

  • Increasing awareness of non-emergency medical transportation policies and protocols for pregnant women and children covered under Medicaid Managed Care
  • Cultivating two-way sharing of information to learn what is working, what can still be improved and reflect on changes that have been made

The first listening session is scheduled for f you are a community health worker, patient navigator, social worker, community referral coordinator, user of Medicaid transportation or someone who helps people access healthcare, please join us in sharing your experiences to help moms and babies get the care they need and deserve. Future listening sessions are scheduled for September 5 and November 8, and will be posted to the event section of our website when locations are finalized.
