Over the past several months, FLOURISH has been exploring the best way to evolve our structure to shift more of the decision-making power to the community. This will help us better address our North Star – to achieve zero racial disparities in infant mortality by 2033.

On November 3, we will introduce some of the ideas and proposed structure for FLOURISH 2.0. We need community members and those who have been involved with FLOURISH to give us feedback on this new direction and help us identify priorities.

Then, we will have a follow up (Part 2) meeting on November 27 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. We will present the ideas and structure for the next phase of FLOURISH, based on discussions at the November 3 retreat.
