Community and Action Team Retreat – Part 2

On November 27, we will present the ideas and structure for the next phase of FLOURISH, based on discussions at the November 3 retreat. We need community members and those who have been involved in FLOURISH to review and approve the plan. The new plan will help us better address our North Star – to achieve zero racial disparities in infant mortality by 2033.
