Community and Action Team Retreat – Part 2
On November 27, we will present the ideas and structure for the next phase of FLOURISH, based on discussions at the November 3 retreat. We need community members and those who have been involved in FLOURISH to review and approve the plan. The new plan will help us better address our North Star – to achieve zero racial disparities in infant mortality by 2033.

Infant Health Action Team Meeting
Join us for our Infant Health Action Team meeting, where we'll discuss the latest ideas and action items for improving infant health and safe sleep awareness in St. Louis. Safe sleep practices are important for ensuring infant health. Lack of resources and education on safe sleep practices is a leading cause of infant death in St. Louis. Connecting Moms and Kids to Medicaid Transportation
Do you help patients access Medicaid transportation? FLOURISH, along with Medicaid managed care companies and transportation brokers, will host listening sessions to increase awareness of Medicaid transportation policies and protocols and cultivate information sharing to learn what is working and how things can be improved.
