As part of its strategic initiative to bring the region closer to zero racial disparities in infant mortality by 2033, FLOURISH St. Louis changed its governing structure to focus the community at the center of its decision making. We recently selected our first Community Leaders Cabinet, which includes moms, dads and other local community leaders.
The Community Leaders Cabinet’s role includes providing strategic direction for FLOURISH, identifying racial equity barriers and potential solutions from direct experience, and engaging the broader community in addressing the challenges that families face.
